Stuart Hurst
Team Lead

Stuart Hurst is a culinarian with a degree in Hotel and Catering Management and a year of post-graduate training as a chef in Switzerland. He is 30-year veteran of the Dining Services industry with extensive achievements in business operations, multi-unit management, contractor environments, continuous improvement, efficiency and profitability. He has held dining services executive positions in industries moving up from General Manager to Regional Director of Operations.

As a project manager for Corporate Dining, Inc. for the past ten (10) years, Stuart’s Stuart serves such clients as: The World Bank, Kimberly Clark, Alcon, International Monetary Fund, Johns Hopkins APL, RTI International, Chrysler, Altria, USAA, Florida Blue, Wells Fargo, and Walmart, just to name a few.

Hannah Montes
Business Intelligence

Hannah Montes received her undergraduate degree at Otterbein University with a B.S. in Psychology and Latin American Studies. As well as Received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. Hannah is fluent in conversational Spanish and has taught statistics & psychology.

Hannah has been with the company since 2014. As the CSS Administrator, she is responsible for all components of FoodMark®, FoodWrite, and FoodSkills , which incorporate data gathering from 140 corporations and original research. Hannah helps our clients not only understand their data but help tell the story and implement changes for continuous improvement.

Currently some of the corporate clients she serves include: the World Bank Group, Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo, SHFM, Johns Hopkins APL, Guidewell, Google, Intuit, Amazon, Koch, Coca Cola, Westfield Group, Takeda, LinkedIn, Qualcomm, and Stelantis.

Chris Cassaniti
Business Operations Manager

Chris joined Corporate Dining, Inc. in early 2015, and is our internal operations manager and our project coordinator for our corporate clients, including companies such as Capital One, Halliburton, The International Monetary Fund, USAA, and The World Bank Group. An avid tech enthusiast, Chris also provides our on-site IT-Support. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts from Wittenberg University and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Prior to law school, Chris worked as a financial analyst with a Cleveland-based investment management firm, co-founded an international education non-profit organization, and has studied law in both Shanghai, China and The Hague, Netherlands. He has conducted internships for New Pacific Consulting in Shanghai and the U.S. Department of Defense, and speaks Mandarin Chinese.

Amy Byxbe
CSS Project Associate

Amy is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) and holds degrees in both Psychology and Adult Education. She is a 13-year veteran of higher education having worked at Tier 1 research institutions as a human resources specialist and as a manuscript proofreader for the USM Graduate School. Most recently, she served as an Employment and Benefits Specialist at William & Mary. She recently joined Corporate Dining, Inc. and supports all components of FoodMark®, FoodWrite, and FoodSkills.

Thomas Newcomb
President

Tom focuses on committing to projects where the team relationship will provide long-term strategic Tom is a past on-site dining operator and leader of the company for over thirty years. He was one of the first pioneers of the discipline of benchmarking & the process of continuous improvement. He speaks nationally and internationally on the discipline of benckmarking and the process of continuous improvement. He is the creator of FoodMark®, FoodExcel, FoodWrite, and FoodSkills. He has worked with over 140 corporations in project work and data sharing. He has spoken on the discipline of benchmarking at, IFMA, SHFM, and AHF. Tom has also received the SHFM Leadership Award, Bob Pacifico Award and Lifetime Achievement Award.

Bruce Walton
Field Associate

Bruce is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and received his Masters Certificate from Villanova University. He was a Vice President of Operations for ARAMARK in the mid-Atlantic states. His franchise experience is extensive as he held Vice President positions for Swiss Farms, Insomnia Cookies, Krispy Kreame Donuts, and the Manhattan Bagel Company. He currently works for Corporate Dining, Inc., and Campus Dining, Inc., as the quality assurance and contract compliance operator.

Anne Chabot
Project Associate

Anne Chabot is a Communications Specialist who is collaborative, detail-oriented, able to adapt quickly, and deadline-driven. For more than two decades, Anne has guided clients in industry, government, and academia to develop strategic communications programs for target audiences. Understanding the nuances of working with different stakeholders from senior management to engineers, technicians, local, state, and federal regulators she works efficiently to align communications goals. Anne received her graduate degree from Tufts University and her undergraduate degree from Boston College.

Darin Schluep
 Field Associate

Darin is a graduate of UC Davis and worked his way up through the back of the house and management and is currently the Director of Associated Students Dining Services at the University of California Davis. He oversees the unique student-driven $7M service portfolio comprised of large volume multi-platform retail operations. For Corporate Dining, Inc. he conducts operational financial assessments and site visitations for Alphabet – Google in the United States.

Chuck Faulkinberry
Project Manager

Chuck is the former Director of Auxiliary Services for Gonzaga University. He has worked with Corporate Dining, Inc., since 2016. As a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business, Hospitality Administration, he grew through the Marriott and Sodexo organizations to a leadership position as a District Manager and Regional Director of Operations. He has worked with such clients are Bellarmine University, Westmont College, Lamar University, University of Idaho, and Grove City College.

Ron Papajcik- Corporate Dining, Inc.

Ron Papajcik
Systems Administrator

A graduate of Case Western Reserve University and its Weatherhead School of Management, Ron joined Corporate Dining, Inc. and Campus Dining, Inc. as System Administrator for the AHF Benchmarking Express™ in 2013, responsible for maintaining the benchmarking website, generating monthly and quarterly reports, and enrolling/answering member questions about benchmarking. Practical experience as a user group member, an Information Systems Manager, and former president of an international software user group, gives Ron a range of perspectives to help our clients benefit from their investment in benchmarking.

Harry Barger
Field Associate

Harry joined the Corporate Dining, Inc. business family in late 2022. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Widener University, has owned his own restaurant, and has spent the past twenty years moving up through the operational ranks of Aramark and Compass Group to positions of District Manager and National Account Representative. He is currently engaged with Aerospace, Principal Financial, The World Bank, and Google.
